Artist's Description
Skogafoss is one of the most visited waterfalls in Iceland. And for good reason -- it's easily reached and is also one of the most scenic. It's rare to be there during the day and not have it overrun with tourists. In this case they were there, but I waited them out. The single figure with the umbrella is my friend Einar. He runs the Focus on Nature photo workshops in Iceland and is an all-around great guy.

I'm a photographic artist based near Nashville, Tennessee. I love to travel and have been from border to border and coast to coast all across the United States. And everywhere I go, I take my camera and try to capture the many beautiful sights my home country has to offer.
