Hiking below the rim of Bryce Canyon at sunset, I looked up and saw the moon rising behind the rock wall beside me. I'm a sucker for a moonrise, even if I know it will show up small in my wide angle lens -- I had to take the shot. I also liked the way the colors of the rock face mirrored the sunset colors in the distance.

I'm a photographic artist based near Nashville, Tennessee. I love to travel and have been from border to border and coast to coast all across the United States. And everywhere I go, I take my camera and try to capture the many beautiful sights my home country has to offer. Recently, I have begun traveling internationally as well and that has opened up a whole world of new photographic opportunities. I'm glad you stopped by my page to check out my images.
