Artist's Description
I was driving east on Interstate 40, just west of Albuquerque, New Mexico, when I spotted this storm brewing off to the south. As I watched a narrow sliver of light penetrated the heavy clouds and illuminated a strip of land in the foreground. Fortunately, there was an exit nearby, so I pulled off the freeway and pulled my car over at the top of the exit ramp. I managed to capture a handful of shots before the light was gone. This is the best of those images.
About Duane Miller

I'm a photographic artist based near Nashville, Tennessee. I love to travel and have been from border to border and coast to coast all across the United States. And everywhere I go, I take my camera and try to capture the many beautiful sights my home country has to offer. Recently, I have begun traveling internationally as well and that has opened up a whole world of new photographic opportunities. I'm glad you stopped by my page to check out my images. I hope that you find something you like, and that one or more of my photographs will find a place in your home or office.
